- The best time to photograph babies is between 5-14 days old. In this period, they are beautiful, sleepy and easily to be settled. Please contact with me during your pregnancy to discuss the possible photograph date.
- Once the session date has been confirmed between clients and the photographer, please paying session fee within 3 days or the date will be released to other clients.
- Session Fees is required at the booking to secure your shoot. The fee is not refundable if clients cancel the booking but can be transferred into another booking.
- The full amount of package fee must be paid before the session date by transfer or at session date by cash.
- A memorandum template is given to clients before paying the deposit. Clients are requested to sign the memorandum file and send the file back to the photographer before the session.
- You are very welcome to show me the images you want to achieve, but please only provide the referred photos from my Facebook page or official website, and the images should be provided few days before the session, and limit the number under 5. Please kindly understand that we might not be able to achieve all of them due to the baby’s nature and time.
- The photo editing might take up to 20 business days to complete, it depends on the workload. The delivery date will be specified in the memorandum.
- The photos are captured in a raw format, which is easier for the further postproduction in the professional software. Please notice that the raw files (unedited images) are not given or sold to clients because they are not completed.
